Total Rewards & Compensation Structure

• Contribute to the development of a comprehensive total rewards framework (base pay, variable compensation, benefits, non-monetary benefits)

• Build a consistent and scalable compensation structure across all entities

EU Pay Transparency Directive

• Analyze existing compensation structures in line with EU requirements

• Co-develop transparent pay bands, job levels, and benchmarking methodologies

• Support gender pay gap analysis and related documentation

Benefits Analysis

• Assess the current benefits landscape (costs, usage, effectiveness)

• Benchmark against the market and identify optimization opportunities

• Prepare decision-making options based on cost-benefit analysis

People Analytics & HR Controlling

• Establish a standardized reporting framework (headcount, FTE, labor costs, KPIs)

• Harmonize data structures across all entities

• Work closely with Finance/Controlling to ensure alignment and accuracy

Contribute to Group Reporting

• Assist in preparing and consolidating extra-financial reports (e.g., ESG, social data) for the global group
